Community training session

Educate, employ & empower

We aim to build a dedicated cohort of individuals from marginalized gender identities, including women and trans people, and from low resource backgrounds who have historically been excluded from formal technical education and stable employment opportunities.

With one to two years of focused and well structured training, we believe they can develop strong coding and problem solving skills just as effectively as anyone else. Technical ability is not an innate privilege. It is largely shaped by access to time, mentorship, learning resources, and a supportive environment.

Upon completing this training, we plan to employ them at JeevniAI. If this pilot succeeds, it will enable participants to achieve financial independence and transition away from insecure or exploitative forms of livelihood.

Once empowered with technical skills and lived context, these individuals will be well positioned to identify and solve problems within their own communities, particularly in healthcare, helping bring reliable and accessible solutions to the last mile.

We believe that even one strong and well supported cohort can act as a catalyst, setting off a chain of empowerment that extends far beyond the initial group.
